Rancho Mirage

After spending a second night at the Morongo Casino we moved on to Palm Springs to take care of a few errands and do a little antiquing, sadly without success.

On the brighter side, we found a nice shady spot for lunch in Rancho Mirage, which also turned out to be a perfect place to exercise the dawgs.

  1. What a lovely spot to park! It is unseasonable warm here, so for sure, warm here too.

Your luck will change soon on finding some antiques; I can feel it in my bones, and the mystic I consulted at the local arcade said I would get good fortune soon from travelers, after I deposited 25 cents in to the machine and the mechanical Sear moved a bit with silken hands over a dusty crystal ball, and then out popped a small IBM style paper card with my fortune on it. I think I will try my luck next time with the penny squasher; at least I will get my penny back, with a cool imprint on it for only 50 cents!
