Hyrum Lake State Park

About 7 miles south of Logan is a small but well manicured State Park - we booked for a couple of nights but as the campground is pretty much empty, and we have LTE, we'll probably extend for the remainder of the week.

With the breeze off the reservoir, the weather is close to perfection:

  1. What a great spot, and I can for sure see why you would want to stay a bit longer!

    How's the leg today?

Hot and nasty here in Orange County on this Labor Day; and true to form, I worked all day today, and will be working into the night as well!

    1. Leg's a bit easier today, thanks, but still very uncomfortable. I'm still depending on my old hiking staff to hobble around, and trying to hobble as little as possible! Rest and anti-inflammatories hopefully will do the trick. Still have no idea what started it in the first place - and don't want to repeat it, whatever it was!

  2. Oh good! Glad things are on the mend! Sometimes sleeping on something "funny" will trigger it, who knows!

I guess having the "Senior Parking" from the last post helped :-)
