Culinary Excess!

Happy Easter everyone!

What a great meal we had today in celebration, but wow maybe a little too much found its way onto my plate!

Roasted leg of lamb, a little natural gravy, fresh home made mint sauce, yellow baked potatoes, home made onion sauce, fresh carrots, peas, and a glass or two of Penfolds Shiraz Cabernet.  Mmm, mmm, mmm!

All rounded off with a See's chocolate rabbit and an overly large handful of Cadburys Mini Eggs!

Talk about culinary excess!
